Keith from Riverside Covers, Ft Myers, FL braved the unbelievable winds (26-30!) to fit our new stainless and make the patterns for our new dodger, bimini & connector!  Weather this week has not been conducive for canvas -- windy and COLD -- 31 last night, BUT Florida is the ONLY state in the union without SNOW at this point, so what do I care about a few cool nights!  Especially since we stopped at Kohl's in Illinois & bought an electric blanket before coming back to the boat!  We may not have heat ... actually we have a space heater that we wouldn't dare run at night and our electric blanket.  31 degrees, electric blanket with no heat works fine... but I need someone to invent a remote to turn on the space heater the next morning BEFORE I have to climb out of bed!  Any ideas???   :)

    2010-2011 SW FL Refit

The 2010 - 2011 SW FL Refit is finished as of May 2011.  Now we're back after summer hurricane season.  Getting the boat ready to go somewhere and anchor ... one of the hardest things to do is actually LEAVE!  But we'll get there!  Hopefully spring 2012, we'll be off to the Exuma Islands... unless the wind doesn't blow us there and we change our minds!  :)
