We're thinking of leaving in the morning to sail north since we can't seem to get weather (less than 15-20 knots of wind) to enjoy the Dry Tortugas. All week we've been watching the weather thinking this morning (Friday) was the morning to leave. Because of thunderstorms, we opted not to leave. Now we're hoping to leave tomorrow morning and this is the radar as of 9 PM tonight. At least there are no big blobs of red. Who knows, we'll see when we wake up whether we leave or stay another day.

Well, you need to leave at a time where everything is safe already. We all know that ocean can be a home of fear and we don't have the power to control everything once we are in the middle of an ocean. That's why you have to prioritize the safety of the people who will go there. I know that you are going there for a reason; for an adventure that you might have not experienced yet. But first, everything must be safe because that's the right thing.
