Cold Front = Gumbo Simmering on the Stove

Cold front came through - north wind whistling through the rigging.  Big pot of gumbo simmering on the stove = warm cozy cabin.  Yum!

Honestly,  I am not familiar with what Gumbo is. I am sure that I have not tasted it yet that's why I am willing to learn how to prepare it. Though it is not that visually enticing, I have this feeling that it tastes good! Of course, I have to see it for myself before having it prepared for my family. Hopefully, I can come up with more visually enticing recipe!
