Amazing!  A few calls to the 24 hour West Marine in Ft Lauderdale last night revealed that the Marathon West Marine HAS the complete Raritan PHII Pump Assembly Replacement kit, but not the entire head.  We didn't think to ask them about this kit because we didn't know it existed.

SO, first thing this morning, I called and sure enough there's one just a few blocks away.  David & I down a quick cup of coffee & walk to West Marine again.  And VOILA!  They have the assembly, two hours later David has the old pump assembly off & the new one in place and OUR HEAD WORKS AGAIN!!!!    We're no longer the Carnival Cruise ship of cruisers!  Whew, it's been a long 4 days, but now we can get on with enjoying our cruising lives.   :)

Here's the funny part ... when we were struggling to get the old hose out from behind the walls and cabinetry, the hose was in contact with the water hose for the shower.  Finally, after a particularly messy hose fiasco, the shower connection broke loose and deluged us with fresh water.  Guess the shower thought we could use a shower.   Pretty funny!  There are always lighter moments in the worst projects.    :)   Cheers!
